You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to register and play on ph8.com. One account per person. Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed.
ph8.com accepts GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ph8.com. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with any associated funds forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ph8.com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ph8.com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ph8.com requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and proof of payment method ownership. ph8.com may request additional documents at its discretion.
Accepted Payment Methods: ph8.com accepts the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account within seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. ph8.com does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within ten (10) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. ph8.com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Prohibited Funding Methods: The following are strictly prohibited on ph8.com in compliance with Philippine regulations: (a) any form of cryptocurrency; (b) credit card gambling deposits. Use of prohibited funding methods will result in account suspension and return of funds via the original payment method where possible.
ph8.com is not a financial institution. Funds held in your ph8.com account do not earn interest. ph8.com reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month from accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the account balance is sufficient.
ph8.com offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.
All bets placed on ph8.com are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
ph8.com reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) after the outcome of the event was known; (b) as a result of a technical error or system malfunction; (c) at odds that were clearly erroneous; or (d) in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface or market listing. ph8.com reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph8.com and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:
All content on the ph8.com platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design — is the property of ph8.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph8.com platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ph8.com platform without prior written consent.
ph8.com collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how ph8.com collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data are set out in the ph8.com Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to ph8.com's legal obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money-laundering laws.
ph8.com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:
ph8.com enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions beyond ph8.com's reasonable control.
ph8.com's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
ph8.com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform.
Termination by You: You may close your ph8.com account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
Termination by ph8.com: ph8.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ph8.com is required to do so by law or PAGCOR directive; (c) ph8.com reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; or (d) you are found to be ineligible under Section 3.
In cases of termination for breach, ph8.com reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit those funds in accordance with applicable law.
ph8.com reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the ph8.com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph8.com, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ph8.com's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
PAGCOR-regulated disputes relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
